• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of the Operator, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You have not previously had an Account on jawara338 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to international sanctions lists without prior written consent from the Operator.
• You are acting with your own funds and are not depositing funds on behalf of another person or entity.

The Operator reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to request supporting documentation including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and source of funds documentation.

To access the full range of jawara338 services, you must complete the registration process and create a single Account. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account at any given time. The creation of multiple Accounts (whether under the same or different identities) is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

• A valid, personal email address to which you have sole access;

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during and after registration. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts where registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading, and to withhold any funds pending resolution of any associated dispute.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and in certain deposit scenarios, Players are required to complete the KYC verification process. You may be requested to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (such as a MyKad, passport, or driving licence) and a recent proof of address document (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account.

You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — is presumed to have been authorised by you. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify jawara338 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or any breach of your Account security. Upon receiving such notification, the Operator will take reasonable steps to secure the Account, which may include temporary suspension pending investigation.

All financial transactions on the jawara338 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. Jawara338 supports a range of Malaysian-specific payment methods to ensure convenient and efficient transactions for Malaysian players.

The following deposit methods are currently supported on the jawara338 Platform:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow, FPX
• Online Banking: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB
• Cryptocurrency: USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC)
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard

• All deposited funds must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Please refer to the deposit screen for current minimums at the time of transaction.
• The Operator does not accept deposits from persons who are not the registered Account holder.
• The Operator reserves the right to decline deposits from specific payment sources at its discretion, including where anti-money laundering obligations require additional scrutiny.

All wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in MYR unless a cryptocurrency account is maintained, in which case equivalent MYR values will be applied based on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction. The Operator is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency transactions.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted in respect of funds constituting genuine Wallet Balance — that is, real-money funds after all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.

• KYC verification must be successfully completed prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals.
• The Operator targets processing of e-wallet withdrawals within 5 minutes and DuitNow/FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes, though these are operational targets and not guarantees. Actual processing times may be affected by third-party payment provider schedules.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal screen at the time of request.
• The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

The Operator may suspend or delay a withdrawal request where there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, the Operator will notify the Player and seek to resolve the matter promptly, subject to any applicable legal obligations.

Jawara338 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms applicable to individual promotions, which will be displayed at the point of offer.

• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer a maximum of once, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds are credited to your Account as a separate balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the applicable promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the expiry and forfeiture of the associated Bonus Funds upon the deadline.
• The Operator reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to reclaim Bonus Funds where it determines that a bonus has been claimed in breach of these Terms or in bad faith.
• Players who utilise a withdrawal option before completing wagering requirements will have their remaining Bonus Funds forfeited.

Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only, upon their first qualifying deposit. Existing Players may be eligible for reload bonuses, cashback promotions, VIP rewards, and other ongoing offers as communicated through the Platform or by our support team. The Operator reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.

Participation in the jawara338 VIP loyalty program is governed by the VIP Program Terms, which form part of these Terms. VIP tier status, cashback rates, withdrawal priority, and associated benefits are determined solely by the Operator and are subject to change. The Operator reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate VIP benefits for any Player who breaches these Terms or engages in abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited conduct.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jawara338 Platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of all pending and outstanding bonuses, voiding of bets, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different identities or contact details;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using software, algorithms, bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or to circumvent Platform security measures;
• Colluding with other Players, or with Operators of other platforms, to manipulate outcomes in multiplayer games or sports betting markets;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies in games or betting markets for financial gain;
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from illegal activities, or using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after wagering deposited funds;
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through coordinated multi-account activity, arbitrage strategies, or any pattern of play designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage in genuine recreational gambling;
• Accessing the Platform for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party without prior written authorisation from the Operator;
• Engaging in any conduct that is threatening, abusive, or harassing toward Platform staff or other users.

All content on the jawara338 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform ("Content"), is the intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written consent of the Operator.

The jawara338 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of the Operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jawara338 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or any financial losses resulting from gambling activity.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Operator makes every effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy of game outcomes, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect platform availability from time to time.

In the event of a technical malfunction that results in an incorrect display of game outcomes, balances, or odds, the Operator reserves the right to void the affected transactions and correct the error. The Operator's liability in such cases shall be limited to the return of the original stake amount in respect of voided wagers.

Jawara338 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligation to support those players seriously.

The Platform is intended solely for adults aged 21 years and above who gamble recreationally within their means. Jawara338 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account to control spending.
• Session Limits & Reminders: Players may configure session time limits and receive reminders after specified periods of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion (ranging from 24 hours to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests should be submitted to our support team.
• Reality Checks: Optional on-screen notifications informing Players of time elapsed and net gambling activity during a Session.

The Operator may, at its sole discretion, impose additional restrictions on a Player's Account if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Player's gambling activity indicates a gambling problem, including compulsive or disordered gambling behaviour.

You may request closure of your jawara338 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon Account closure, any remaining Wallet Balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and standard processing times.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit associated funds, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 10;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Requirement to do so under applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction;
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 4.

Where an Account is closed due to Player breach, the Operator reserves the right to retain any Wallet Balance and Bonus Funds pending investigation and resolution of the breach in question.

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Players via their registered email address or through an in-Platform notification.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent amendment. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 14.1.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws and the internal policies of the Operator. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jawara338 Platform shall first be addressed through our internal dispute resolution process.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your Account, a transaction, or any other aspect of the Platform, you should contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

All game outcomes and betting results are final once confirmed by the Platform's game server or sportsbook engine, except where a manifest technical error has occurred. The Operator's determination of game outcomes in dispute situations shall be final and binding.
